I am sorry about not writing earlier to you. I received the frame last week in mint condition and it is simply stunning. You did a superb job on it. Audrey and Joe, the happy newlywedds, loved the frame and really got a kick out of the added panda and troll, lol...your dedication to customer service is above and beyond and rarely seen in todays markets, and I command you on that!

Dear Kurt, I received the plaques today and they are beautiful. You did such a wonderful job and I appreciate it so much.
These will last a lifetime for my granddaughters, but first their Daddy and Grandpa will enjoy them for Father's Day.

I also appreciate all of the extra hard work you put into the engravings since the picture was small, but you captured it perfectly.
It has been such a pleasure doing business with you and I will be back at some point for another engraving.
