Depending on the orientation of your pet's photo the plaque may be horizontal or vertical - what ever will fit best. Although it's an engraving, your pet's image, appears to be surprisingly like a photograph, but on wood. The likeness is exellent as you can see from the example. Images and text are engraved with a precision laser. All text and images have a nice crisp etch in the wood. I'll even include the graphics in the corners of the plaque along with the dog bone an paws images.

At the time of purchase send a photo of your pet, via email or U.S Mail (I'll return the photo to you), its name, dates. and I will engrave it all at no extra charge. You can select a poem here or send me one of your own.

If you are emailing your photo, send it as a jpeg with a dpi of 300 or better. Basically close up photos that are clear and sharp will engrave with the best results. Keep this in mind when you select your photo.

The plaque front has a smooth finished surface with nicely shaped routed edges. Behind the plaque are a holes for mounting on a wall.
