Photo Engraved Baby Announcement Plaque

Here's a unique personalized item for baby's room or as a gift to a new mom, an 8x10 Alder wood plaque with the baby's photo and birth announcement engraved into the wood. Although engraved on wood, the baby's photo appears surprisingly like a photograph! Images and text are engraved with a precision laser. All text and images have a nice crisp etch in the wood.

At the time of purchase send a photo of the newborn, via email or U.S Mail (I'll return the photo to you), and the text of the birth announcement and I'll engrave both onto the plaque at no extra charge. I'll capture and engrave the baby's photo onto the plaque as an oval vignette. If you are emailing your photo, send it as a jpeg with a dpi of 300 or better. Close up photos that are clear and in focus will engrave with the best results. Keep this in mind when you select your photo.

The plaque dimensions are 8x10 and is made from high quality Alder wood. The front has a smooth finished surface and the edges are beveled. Behind the plaque is a hole for mounting on a wall.
